The
CYANIDE DOLLS
BIOGRAPHY:
Manic Street Preachers influenced act formed in 1992 by David Gow (drums),
Gary Miller (bass), Kevin O'Donnell (guitar) & Michael Thom (vocals / guitar).
The original vocalist, Dav Jones, was thrown out for being "too crap at singing".
The band continued to play until 1995, after which Gow & Miller joined Arab
Strap, with Gow later forming Sons
& Daughters. Rumour has it that promoter and future Franz Ferdinand frontman
Alex Kapranos once "punched out" one of the band for being "difficult".
